GENTLE YOGA

Classes focus on a balance of strength and flexibility, rejuvenation, and centering.  Classes aim to guide you to finding balance in your physical and mental wellness.  A flow of movement and breath encourage mindfulness and vitality for body mind and spirit.  All levels are welcomed and encouraged!  Classes encourage proper form and modifications when/where needed.  Each class is different to prevent you and your body from becoming too accustomed.

HATHA FLOW

Class flows at a medium pace and is designed to help you get comfortable on your mat and in your body. Movement and breath are used to help stretch your entire body, heart and mind.

This class is a high energy class designed to get your blood flowing. Each class we will push beyond our comfort zones by trying something new and challenging! By challenging our bodies and minds we will be reminded that it isn't the final destination (or completely mastering the posture) that is the most important, but rather the journey and what we learn along the way!

All levels are welcome, you don't have to be a master yogi!

This class is designed to highlight the amazing capabilities of our bodies and remind us how we each have a choice in how our potential energy can evolve into real and noticeable change. Not just physically, but holistically.

Instructor: CARLA

Embrace the present moment through breathing exercises with Meditation. 

Classes utilize a variety of different resting poses supported by props including blocks, strap, bolsters and blankets.  The use of breathing techniques and meditation/contemplation promps are used to help bring higher levels of consciousness, and greater focus to the body and present moment.

Restorative Yoga helps slow your body and mind to enable you to sync with your natural rhythm and pulsation.  This can help reach deeper levels of healing, relaxation and balance!

Instructor: LIBBIE

This class incorporates some gentle movement/flow AND Yin poses.

Yin offers a slower pace and time to settle into postures/asanas that target the joints. The slower pace allows time to settle into the stretch and connect deeper to the breath. When we find a deeper connection and are anchored in our breath, we can better calm the mind and sooth the nervous system.

Instructor: MANDY

This class is designed to bring deeper levels of calm and balance to body, mind, and spirit. TriYoga is a dance-like form of yoga that unifies breath, posture, and mudra (subtle hand gesture) to help you awaken and flow, and abide in the present. Props, modifications, and alignment assistance offered as needed.
