Yin Yoga

This is a slower paced class designed to help release tension and dive deeper into the stretch. This class differs from flow classes as there is minimal movement and postures are sustained for longer periods of time. The slower pace allows us to harness the relationship between gravity and our bodies to uncover the edge our physical and mental abilities.
