Making time for meditation is beneficial for everyone, especially busy people. Going "offline" on a regular basis, to settle into stillness and be with Self, can improve your health and how you respond to life's conditions. In this class we immerse in the breath, expand life energy, and follow with concentration and meditation practices that focus, absorb, and balance the energy.
