This is a 30 min class that utilizes Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is sometimes referred to, to reach a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Think Meditation. Withdraw from the senses and release tension to find a deeper sense of relaxation. Start your day with energizing rest!
