One on One Instruction is designed to help you develop comfort and ease on your mat, in your personal yoga practice, and through your life. Goals may include but are not limited to- learning the basics; workshopping specific Yoga postures; focussing on breath & movement connection; getting comfortable in your body; developing a deeper mind-body connection. Private Yoga Instruction is a wonderful place to start if you are just beginning to develop your Yoga Practice or if you are returning to your mat after some time away.
