  • One-on-One Instruction- designed to help you develop comfort and ease on your mat, in your personal yoga practice, and through your life. Goals may include but are not limited to- learning the basics; workshopping specific Yoga postures; focussing on breath & movement connection; getting comfortable in your body; developing a deeper mind-body connection. Private Yoga Instruction is a wonderful place to start if you are just beginning to develop your Yoga Practice or if you are returning after some time away.
